Comedian Fred Omondi Allegedly Involved In A Tragic Road Accident...

Comedian Fred Omondi on June 6 was involved in a road accident along Muthithi Road on Chiromo Lane in Nairobi. Though he escaped unhurt, Fred Omondi says the two vehicles were badly damaged. “An oncoming vehicle rammed into the car I was driving in. The vehicles were mangled almost beyond recognition, but I thank God I escaped unhurt. I only suffered tissue strain on my left foot,” Fred Omondi told The Spotlight Post. Fred Omondi says he visited the hospital thereafter. “I visited the hospital on Wednesday, June 8 and I was discharged on the same day. I am now recuperating though I still feel intense lower leg pain. However, I can step on the ground and walk quite a distance,” he said. Fred Omondi says the wreckages of the cars were towed to Parklands Police Station – and he has not gone to reclaim the remains of his car. Fred Omondi is comedian Eric Omondi’s younger brother.
